Testing and Treatment
Jenny, wife of Adam, mother of two,
(niece of Marianne Lane) had difficulty breathing the night of 22 January
2015. Adam brought her to the
hospital. They found a blockage
in her throat and they were hoping to do a tracheotomy, but found that the
blockage was too low. For now, she is oxygen, but the mass is making it hard
for her to breathe, she is at risk of lung collapse. The mass must be investigated and likely come out. Now they
are trying to schedule her for surgery 28 January 2015. It is hoped the mass is scar tissue
from intubation when she was an infant, if it is, it may be possible to expand
the tissue mechanically to allow her to breathe. If not, very complex surgery will be needed which will
likely require a heart lung machine.
Please pray for guidance for the medical people treating Jenny and for
trust in God, peace of mind and calmness for Jenny, Adam, their children and
family.
