Immediate Prayer Please
Angie K Colgrove has now had heart and brain surgery after a stroke which followed pericardial surgery (23 July 2019), she was transported to the Mayo Clinic for emergency surgery. She survived the surgery which found a massive clot that shut down the right side of her brain’s blood flow. The surgeon was able to remove the clot while retaining flow. She is in surgical ICU recovering, while they search for the source of blood loss. She is so tired and beat up after this whole ordeal, so sore from 2 weeks of constant needles in a different spots every time.
Angie was hospitalized in Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville, Florida, with what appears to be a pericardial infection, perhaps viral, perhaps not, on top of other very serious internal issues. Angie underwent surgical draining of the pericardial sac to drain the fluid buildup causing so much pain and difficulty breathing. She is losing blood internally and they have not figured out where.
She is in very serious condition. Her belief is strong, but her body is under extreme attack. She asks that you pray for the doctors, nurses and technicians treating her that they might pay attention, do their very best and be open to God’s guidance on diagnosis and treatment, as well as for herself to not worry and devote all her strength to the fight against the illness, as well as for peace of mind for her and her family.
Please pray for peace of mind and soul for Angie, her daughters Audra and Athryn and husband Hugh, as well as for the doctors, nurses and technicians to pay attention and do their very best, as well as to be open to God's guidance. We also pray for Hugh to remain calm and be a source of strength to Angie and those around them.
