In need
of a miracle or understanding of God’s Plan
Sherry Tester, mother in law of
Stephen Cord (Rev Jack’s mentor during his almost four years at WGU) suffered a
major heart attack and was without oxygen for 15 minutes before the paramedics
arrived and revived her. She is
currently in critical condition in CICU on a respirator as she hasn't been
strong enough to breathe on her own after she coded in the hospital. She is more or less unconscious at this
time, although she opened her eyes twice as Stephen’s daughter was talking to
her. Charles, her husband of
56 years, is with her, as well as her daughter Jennifer, Stephen and their
family. Christians with great
trust in the Lord, they ask that you pray His Will be done, their wish is that
the medical team treating Sherry do their very best to figure out how to best
treat Sherry and return her to them.
If that not be His Will, they ask that she pass from here to home in the
best possible way. Please pray the
family can let God carry their worry, fear and sorrow so that they can do their
best for Sherry. In particular
give Charles strength.
